Welcome to Lucky Loop! By placing an order through the Lucky Loop website, you agree to the terms below. Please review them before completing your purchase.
1. HANDMADE + UNIQUELY YOURS
Every Lucky Loop is thoughtfully curated and handmade specifically for you. Because each piece is created by hand using your personalization, colors, inspiration, and preferences, no two Lucky Loops will be exactly alike.
Photos of previous Lucky Loops, inspiration images, color palettes, and examples are intended to give you an idea of our style and are not an exact preview of your finished piece.
That’s part of the Lucky Loop magic—your piece is uniquely yours.
2. CUSTOM CURATION
You bring the inspiration, and we take it from there.
When ordering, you’ll have the opportunity to share details such as your name, nickname, initials or phrase; favorite colors; charm ideas; interests; and overall vibe.
We do our best to incorporate your requests while also using our creative discretion to make your finished piece feel cohesive and uniquely Lucky Loop.
Specific beads, charms, colors, and materials are subject to availability and may be substituted with something similar that fits the overall design.
By placing a custom order, you understand that you are purchasing a custom-curated Lucky Loop, rather than selecting or approving every individual component used in the design.
3. PAYMENT + ORDER QUEUE
Payment is due in full when your order is placed.
Your order is not added to our production queue until payment has been successfully received.
Pricing shown on our website is current at the time of purchase and may change for future orders without notice.
4. PRODUCTION TIME
Every Lucky Loop is handmade to order, and our production timeline may vary depending on current order volume and material availability.
The estimated turnaround time shown on our website at the time of your purchase is the best estimate for your order.
Occasionally, specialty charms, custom materials, or high order volume may require additional time. We appreciate your patience while we create something especially for you.
5. RUSH ORDERS
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be selected or approved prior to production.
Purchasing rush service moves your order into our expedited production queue but does not guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly confirmed by Lucky Loop.
Shipping transit time is separate from production time.
6. SHIPPING + LOCAL PICKUP
Lucky Loop offers U.S. shipping calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and free local pickup in Queen Creek, Arizona.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Lucky Loop is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrectly entered shipping addresses, or packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
Local pickup instructions will be provided when your order is ready.
7. RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Because Lucky Loops are personalized and individually curated, all custom orders are final sale.
We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to personal design preferences, changes of mind, or differences between a completed Lucky Loop and an inspiration/reference image.
However, we absolutely want you to receive a piece that was made with care. If your Lucky Loop arrives damaged or you believe there is a craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right when appropriate.
8. HANDMADE CARE
Lucky Loops are handmade accessories and should be treated with care.
Normal wear may occur over time, particularly with beads, charms, cords, clasps, and other components that regularly come into contact with bags, keys, clothing, or other surfaces.
Avoid excessive pulling, twisting, water exposure, or placing unnecessary weight on your Lucky Loop.
Natural wear from regular use is not considered a manufacturing defect.
9. SMALL PARTS + SAFETY
Lucky Loops contain small parts, including beads, charms, clips, cords, and hardware.
Lucky Loops are accessories, not toys, and should not be given to babies or young children who may place components in their mouths.
Please keep loose or detached pieces away from children and pets, as they may present a choking hazard.
By purchasing, you are accepting full understanding, risk and responsibility.
10. PERSONALIZATION + INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Customers are responsible for ensuring that names, initials, phrases, and other personalization submitted with an order are entered correctly.
Lucky Loop reserves the right to decline requests containing inappropriate or offensive content or requests that we believe may violate another party's intellectual property rights.
Lucky Loop branding, original photography, website content, graphics, and original creative materials may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
11. PHOTOS + SOCIAL MEDIA
We love sharing our creations!
Lucky Loop may photograph completed pieces for use on our website, social media, marketing materials, or portfolio unless otherwise requested.
We will never intentionally share private customer information as part of this content.
If your order is a gift or surprise and you would prefer that we wait to share it, please let us know when ordering.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky Loop is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, loss, or damage of a Lucky Loop product.
Our responsibility for any eligible claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Lucky Loop may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The Terms in effect at the time your order is placed will apply to that purchase.
