Because every Lucky Loop is custom curated and made just for you, all sales are final once your approval photo has been confirmed. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges based on design preference after approval.

If your Lucky Loop arrives damaged or you notice an issue with the craftsmanship, please reach out to helloluckyloop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no additional cost to you, including return shipping if needed. 🍀
