At Lucky Loop, every order is handmade and uniquely curated based on your preferences, colors, style, and the details you provide. Because each Lucky Loop is custom-made, processing times may vary depending on current order volume and charm availability.

Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the USPS rates available for your ZIP code.

Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Local Pickup
Customers located near Queen Creek, Arizona may choose local pickup instead of shipping.

Local Pickup is FREE.

If you select local pickup at checkout, no shipping fee will be charged.

Pickup details and instructions will be provided after your order has been placed.

Order Processing & Turnaround

Because every Lucky Loop is handmade and custom curated, orders are not produced until the required payment has been received.

Please note that turnaround time can vary depending on:

  • Current order volume

  • Charm availability

  • The number of custom pieces included in your order

  • Any special requests or customization details

We appreciate your patience and understanding while your Lucky Loop is being carefully created.

Rush Orders
A Rush Order option may be available when our current production schedule allows.

Rush orders are available for an additional $15.

Selecting the rush option does not guarantee availability. Rush orders are accepted only when we are able to accommodate the requested timeline.

If a rush order cannot be accommodated, we will communicate with you accordingly.

Custom Orders
Every Lucky Loop is uniquely made based on the information and inspiration you provide. Customers may provide preferred colors, names, initials, interests, themes, specific charms, or inspiration photos.

Specific charms and design requests are subject to availability.

Because each piece is individually curated, no two Lucky Loops will look exactly the same.

Address Accuracy

For shipped orders, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

Lucky Loop is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine whether the address can still be updated before the order is shipped.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout (USPS)

  • Local Pickup: Free

  • Rush Order: Additional $15 when available

Shipping charges are separate from the product price and any customization or specialty charm add-ons selected during checkout.
