What's the difference between Little Luck and Lucky Luxe?

Little Luck is our 2-strand loop. Lucky Luxe is our 4-strand loop — more charms, more layers, more personality. Specialty charm add-ons are available on both.

How long will my order take?

Custom curated orders (Little Luck and Lucky Luxe) currently take about 3 weeks. Group Loops and collab orders run on their own timeline — check the individual listing for dates.

Do I get to see it before it ships?

Yes! We send an approval photo of your finished loop. You have 48 hours to approve or request a change. No response within 48 hours counts as a yes, and your loop ships.

How much is shipping?

Calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, or free local pickup in Queen Creek, AZ.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States only at this time. If you're outside the US and really want a loop, message us and we'll see what we can do.

Can I return or exchange my loop?

Because every loop is made just for you, all sales are final once you've confirmed your approval photo — that's your moment to request changes. If something arrives damaged or there's a craftsmanship issue, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you, return shipping included.

Do you do group, team, or bulk orders?

We do — we call them Group Loops. Matching loops for teams, studios, clubs, events, and collabs. Find current listings under Shop, or reach out and we'll put something together.

What is The Loop Hole?

The Loop Hole is our ready-to-ship, quick-order collection — loops we've already curated, ready to go without the wait. It's coming soon.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes — a Lucky Loop gift card lets them pick their own charms. Find it under Shop.

Are Lucky Loops safe for kids?

Each Lucky Loop is handcrafted and designed as a decorative accessory. They are not toys and are not intended for children to play with. Please use caution, as small beads, charms, and other components may present a choking hazard if they become loose. Adult supervision is recommended around young children, and Lucky Loops should be kept out of reach of infants and toddlers.
